NP MKE meets Wed & Fri at 6:03 AM, rain or shine. Milwaukee is here. This town has been aching for November Project to get up in it, and it has finally happened.
November Project is lowering the intimidation of fitness, building human connections, and improving mental and physical health by providing free, fun, weekly workout gatherings throughout the world. We are Descendants of the Original Crew in Boston (Headquarters) and we are proud to bring the free fitness movement now, to Milwaukee. Tell your fittest and least fit friends, this group is for anyone hoping to start their Wednesday and Friday off with a fun, heart-thumping, body moving laugh riot.

Hark! What do we see?? An amazing workout on the horizon! Tomorrow morning at 6:03am we’ll be at the Washington Park Amphitheater!!!
We recommend parking on the south side of the park on Olmsted Way and walking to the amphitheater.

Bad news gang! We’ve made the decision to cancel tomorrow’s workout (7/17/2026) due to the poor air quality projections.
Please stay inside as much as you’re able to protect your lungs! Stay safe and we will plan to see you next week Wednesday at The Calling once the air quality is better!

Did someone say two beach Fridays in a row?! This week we’ll be at Atwater Beach (4000 N Lake Dr) at 6:03am for another great workout!!!
We’re also keeping a close eye on the Air Quality Index and will post again if it’s too high where we need to cancel. (Look for that final determination sometime today - no later than 4pm)
