RWSC is now offering massage therapy!
This style of massage takes an approach involving the combination of soft-tissue therapy drawing from multiple techniques, kinesiology, and exercise science. The approach is based on the idea that not just one massage, stretch, or movement is right for every person or situation. That is why, through using a variety of techniques and methods, individual problems can be identified and addressed with the most beneficial session plan.
Massage techniques used include Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point work, cupping therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation (IASTM, or Gua Sha), stretching, and Sports Massage.
