Academy of European Arms

The Academy is dedicated to the preservation and advancement of Celtic and European Medieval Self Defense.

At the school we teach Highland self defense based on the works of McBane, Page, Angelo with additional work by Silver. Our European Medieval is based on a new style of self defense called "European Conglomerate" by Chevalier Ronald Courtain-Tharp, which has melded ideas from master such as Di Grassi, Capo Ferro, Saviolo, Silver, and others into one all imposing style. Our Primary focus is weapons and armor with a secondary in Grappling techniques.
