OH, WHAT A NIGHT!

Last night was our benefit dinner and auction for the Splash Pad, and it was a great time!

It was a nearly packed house at Roma Italian Restaurant! Patrons enjoyed a delicious feast, which was generously donated and served by owner Nodi Berisha and his wonderful staff! Items were set up for silent auction, and many guests added their names and bids as the night progressed.

Music by Jay and Amanda was enjoyed by all over dinner, and added much to the atmosphere. We thank them greatly for coming and entertaining us!

After a few words from Barb Ross, Minatare City Counsel member, and Coby Ross, President of the Minatare Public Schools Board of Education in support of our project, it was live auction time!

The auction was conducted by Mike Nuss and Don Helberg, and it was a lot of fun for everyone as they bid on all of the great donated items that were rounded up for the event.

Everyone was so nice and supportive, and the Splash Pad Committee appreciates everyone involved. Because of you, the event was a big success!

Stay tuned for an upcoming post announcing the amount we made and a list of all of the fabulous people who donated items, services, and time to our cause!
