Feeling kinda like fall is in the air. Come sign up for boot camp and start a healthy routine. The holidays tend to sneak up on us. So start with a routine before they get here. I’m doing sign ups Sept. 23rd 4-9am in MW and 10-11a in Jboro.

Boot camp sign ups are right around the corner. Sign ups are Sept. 26th.
This round is heading into cooler weather, and the holidays around the corner!!

Who doesn’t like something FREE! I’m doing boot camp sign ups on Friday Aug. 2nd.
I’m offering a free week of bc. We will be doing a 7 weeks session next round. Kids are headed back to school so come focus on some ME time.
