Physicals are still on for 4:30 PM this afternoon at the Main west side entrance (Gym Entrance) at MWHS. Please make sure your Medical History portion of your physical form is completed and signed by a parent. It's that time again parents!

Physicals for the 2026-27 UIL Athletic, Cheer, and Marching Band season will be held next Wednesday, at Mineral Wells High School.

Physicals hosted by Bratton Family and Sports Medicine
MWHS Gymnasium
All Incoming 7th, 9th, and 11th grade UIL Participants
April 29th, 4:30 PM. Doors will close at 5:45 PM.
Cost is $10 Cash or Check (Made out to Mineral Wells High School)

Please do not show up before 4:30. We need to allow high school traffic and students to clear the area.

The Medical History form must be filled out and signed by the parent before a student can go through the line for a physical.

All funds from physicals are donated back to the athletic training program at MWHS.

The process is relatively fast and it guarantees that Mineral Wells Athletics has your physical on file for next season!
