Happy 3-Year Breakthrough Fitness Anniversary! 🎉

June 1st marks the official three-year anniversary of Breakthrough Fitness, and we are thrilled to have you with us on this journey.

The past three years have been incredibly rewarding. We’ve made significant progress in our business and have witnessed numerous clients achieve success alongside us. As I reflect on these years, I want to share three key lessons that can be applied to both exercise and business.

Consistency Over Perfection.
Focus on being consistent with your exercise routine, rather than aiming for perfection. If you can maintain your routine consistently over the long term, you’ll cultivate a lifelong habit that leads to better health. The same principle applies in business: if you can manage operations consistently and show up every day, you’ll be much better off.

Keep It Simple.
Simplicity is crucial for consistency in both your business and exercise routines. By keeping your business practices straightforward, you can easily grow and scale. Similarly, a simple exercise routine allows for greater consistency, ease of following, or modification. You don’t need complicated programming to achieve significant health benefits, especially with strength training or any other form of exercise. Simple is best.

Invest in Yourself
It’s essential to take a chance on yourself in business. If you are passionate about something and believe in it, have the courage to pursue it, but do so thoughtfully. If you have a good idea, seek out ways to make it a reality. When it comes to exercise, prioritize making time for yourself, spending money on health, and finding the necessary resources to take care of yourself. Nine times out of ten, investing in yourself early will save you from having to deal with damage control later on.

We want you to look and feel your best throughout your life, and you can achieve this by consistently taking care of yourself.

I hope these three lessons inspire you and motivate you to start something new or make a confident change in either your exercise routine or business.

We’re starting our free summer community initiative starting June 6th called BreakFit Outdoors! It's designed to help people feel confident starting (or restarting) exercise in a welcoming, educational, non‑intimidating environment — outside the gym.

Who It’s For:

➡Beginners or people returning to exercise.
➡Anyone intimidated by gyms or unsure where to start.
➡Walkers, joggers, pickleball players, and recreational athletes.
➡Friends and family of current Breakthrough Fitness member.

We’d love to have you share these free and fun summer sessions with the people in your life to help us get the word out! The first session starts June 6th and is hosted by Matt! The second session will be on June 13th with Coach Kay! If you want to learn more or register, visit our website!

Participants can also sign up for our Free Summer Challenge!

Your goal, should you choose to accept it:

💪Complete 1–2 strength workouts each week
💪Get in 2 cardio sessions (walk, jog, run, bike, swim — your pace, everything counts!)
💪Choose one additional habit that supports your routine (drink water, no screens before bed, etc.)

The Outdoors meet-ups are designed to support this challenge and help you stay on track each month.

You’ll earn points for each activity you track, helping you stay motivated and consistent along the way.

The challenge resets each month so you can start fresh and stay consistent, and new participants can join at any time. No pressure for perfection — just focus on showing up and building consistency over time. If you’re moving, you’re winning!

This series introduces our coaching philosophy through outdoor meet‑ups focused on strength and cardio fundamentals, while naturally guiding interested participants toward Discovery Sessions and in‑gym training.
