As Pulse has grown from DLH → SLP, so has our team! Meet our leadership crew helping keep our studios running, our community connected, our events happening, our merch cute, and all the little things in between moving.

CLUBBING WITH CASS IS HERE!!

We’re taking Drip out of the studio and onto the dance floor.

Join Cass Tuesday, September 29 at 7PM at Duluth Flame Nightclub for a 45-minute Drip class with a LIVE DJ. And when class ends, the night doesn’t. Stick around for dancing, drinks and girl time with the Pulse community. The Flame will have both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available!

Open to everyone. Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and a towel to place under your mat because, well… bar floor.

Student Memberships are available at BOTH Pulse Duluth + Pulse SLP to make keeping movement in your routine a little easier this semester.

$65/month • 15 classes/month • just $4.33/class
📍 SLP
$89/month • 8 classes/month • just $11.13/class

To get started, purchase the Student Membership through your home studio, send us a photo of your valid student ID, and start booking those classes.

And Duluth college students… one more thing 👀 Our first COLLEGE NIGHT is September 10!

-Come take class for $10 CASH or $15 CARD. You’ll still need to reserve your spot either way so if you’re paying cash, select Pay Later at checkout.

Sculpt on the Ship ROUND TWO is officially happening September 9th!

Join us for a Sculpt class in one of the coolest spots in Duluth: on top of the historic William A. Irvin.

A little heads up before you book: getting to the top of the ship does require climbing a ladder, so please keep that in mind when registering!
