It’s Wednesday, which means we’re at the lake! Come get on the water with us - we’ll be at North Beach of Bde Maka Ska until sunset.

Come paddle under this beauty when she’s full on Friday!

We’re launching from the North Beach parking lot of Bde Maka Ska at 7:30. BYOBoard (or kayak/canoe) and join us for free - promise we’re a fun & friendly crew.

We also have paddleboards & kayaks to rent for the 2 hour adventure. Send us a message here or at thepaddlegypsy.com (link in bio) to reserve your spot. Cost is $35 for the 2 hour rental.

Our season’s not done yet! See you Wednesdays at Bde Maka Ska 4:30-sunset for as long as the weather allows. While some may have packed it up for the year, we’re still turning up & paddling out. Come find us right by the north beach parking lot - we’ve got boards, kayaks, and all the accessories you could need.

Catch the sunset & the moonrise!

We’ll gather and put in from the North Beach parking lot of Bde Maka Ska by 7:30pm. The channel to Cedar Lake is FINALLY open so we can explore a little further before returning to North Beach by 9:30.

Come with your own board/kayak or rent one of ours for $35.

River Paddle will be rescheduled for next weekend!

With last night’s heavy rains and today’s nearly 30mph wind gusts we’re concerned for the safety and experience of our paddlers.

Next Saturday we’ll get out on the Mississippi and explore the island!

Join us this Saturday August 27th from 10am - 12pm for a paddle to one of our favorite paddle spots in Minneapolis, The Island of Peace on the Mississippi river in Fridley.
The 2 hour tour will include paddling both up and down stream with time to explore this gorgeous island getaway.
