Budo focuses on overcoming the challenges of adulthood, and enrichment for a more fulfilling life. Budo is more than our name, it describes what we do.
Budo is a Japanese term composed of two characters. The literal translation of the two characters is effectively "Martial Arts". This term in English, has lost most of the meaning that the Japanese term "Budo" contains.
