Staying positive. How do I do it?
Self care. Hands down!!!
Today, I took the step in the right direction to do some nutritional testing.
I love when I know I have someone who has my back! Why is this important in birth work? Because. We all need support from each other. We all need an advocate on our side. We all need to continue to learn. And who doesn’t love self care.

Now... off to take a bath and rest before my final birth of the summer. 5 babies in 10 days, one more to go.
