It took my over 20 minutes to get a refund of $20 on an item I purchased that was now on sale today. The computer apparently couldn't recognize the item or sale price...thanks Wally-World, the things we do for our kids.
On the flip side I had a jacket today with two delaminated pockets, I called Outdoor Research and in less than 5 minutes I had new jacket recommended and replaced. I guess getting help from someone who actually likes their job does pay off. Looks like the cheaper price isn't always the best deal.

We're not sure what cheese and wine have to do with Exped packs, but it sure does look tasty, and if we had to carry that much cheese and wine we'd probably do it with a Mountain Lite!
