Kapha energy (water + earth) naturally rises in the spring and with that we can feel a sluggishness and heaviness. ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Kamie is teaching weekly Wednesday Restorative Yoga at 7pm.

She brings her wealth of experience in yoga therapy, restorative yoga, Ayurveda, craniosacral, and bodywork to her classes. Her classes are intentionally slower, supportive, and adaptable to give you practical tools of gentle movement, breath, and rest to calm your nervous system and help you stay grounded. In classes with Kamie you can expect a delicious mix of gentle movement, guided breath work, and super supportive restorative yoga postures to provide a space for deep rest and renewal. Kamie weaves nurturing hands-on adjustments, head and neck massage, and gentle craniosacral work into her classes to enhance relaxation and tension release.
