Hi! Today is my birthday!! 🙂

The February waxing moon serves as an annual reminder for me to pause and center GRATITUDE. My birthday wish every year is to find more ways to freely give from my HEART.

I would like to offer a gift to you (and anyone in your life who you would like to give it to). Please join me for a Guided Yoga practice of SACRED REST this Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 pm (CST).
