We are doing a NYNY challenge this year but instead of doing it in teams with fat loss being the only goal, we are going to individualize this year!
For the next 3 months, the challenge will be about personal goal setting. Want to lose 10 pounds? Drop some body fat percentage? Hit a new personal record on your Deadlift? Work on your pull ups? Or compete in your own mini Powerlifting or TSC meet? Let's do it!
$20 is the buy in for current members and you will receive a new T-shirt designed for the challenge and adjusted programs to address your goals if needed.
