Seniors, come sip, learn, and connect with us! Join our special **6-week program** where we explore cultural coffee traditions alongside balanced nutrition and wellness.

Each week features a new coffee origin, health benefits, simple recipes, and engaging activities — while we talk about good nutrition including grains, fruits, vegetables, protein, and dairy.

🇮🇹 **Joe – Italy** (bold espresso culture)
🇨🇴 **Brew – Colombia** (famous Arabica beans)

🇹🇷 **Leaded – Turkey** (rich, unfiltered coffee)
🌺 **Unleaded – Hawaiian Kona** (smooth, prized decaf option)

🎨 **Little Artists at Corcoran Park! (Ages 2–5) ** 🖌️

Got a little one who loves to explore, create, and get a little messy? Bring them to Corcoran Park **every Thursday morning** for a fun, hands-on art experience!

Kids can use their imagination to paint with fingers, brushes, and create collages — it’s all about creativity, sensory play, and FUN. Messes welcome! 🙌

💲 **Cost:** $48 per session
This is a **fee-based program (pay what you can)** to help make it accessible for families. The process is quick and easy — see the link for details on how it works.

Yoga Class for Senior/Adults

Community, please join us next Tuesday for Corcoran senior restorative yin yoga.

Restorative yin yoga has several benefits. Some of the benefits are significantly lowering stress, improving flexibility and joint health, boosting sleep quality, and balancing the nervous system (activating "rest and digest").

The class is from 10:00am -11:00am

Things to bring: yoga mat, towel and water
**please note that if you do not have a yoga mat, then Corcoran has a mats that you could use for class.

Yoga (Intergenerational Yoga)

Community, please join us next Tuesday for our intergenerational yoga class.

This class could serve in many beneficial ways for community. The hope is that this class could serve as a healing space, fostering connection, shared resilience, and collective well-being, addressing trauma, mental health, and isolation through accessible, holistic practices that build self-empowerment and belonging for all communities

The class is from 6:00pm-7:00pm
