When I met my client Ella she was struggling to lose the additional body fat she put on during her pregnancy and reclaim the strength she lost.

She started out with strength, muscular endurance, and muscle firing testing along with a baseline body composition test to see where she was at and so we could co-design a safe and effective programs.

After 6 months of small group personal training 2 days per week, quarterly body fat testing with follow up health & lifestyle coaching Ella has achieved 5 short term goals:
1. Lost 18.2 lbs (started at 137.2)
2. Burned off 6.24% of her body fat (started at 29.23%)

When I met my client Brock he initially just wanted to have a trainer that he could have sessions on the calendar with so that he would actually show up and just do something for a workout. We dove a lot deeper in his goal setting session and discovered that having more strength and muscular endurance so he could lift his son over his head, make water skiing and backcountry skiing easier, and just feel healthier every day was most important to him.

After 1 year of resistance training, aerobic conditioning, body fat testing, health & lifestyle coaching, and 1 on 1 personal training he has achieved 12 goals to date making lifting his son up over his head a piece of cake, skiing so much more enjoyable, and he’s very proud of his accomplishments.

1. Back squat 275 lbs (Started at 185 lbs)
2. Bench press 305 lbs (Started at 195 lbs)
3. Increase pull up strength to doing 13 pull ups (Started at 1.5” band for 10 reps)
4. Increase push ups to 55 (started at 18)
5. Increase sit ups to 115 (started at 36)
6. Increase body weight squats to 246 (started at 80)
7. Do repeat sled sprints with 175 lbs for 12 sec sprints for 10 reps (Started at 50 lbs for 6 reps)
8. Increase pull up strength to do 1 pull up with no assistance. Currently can do 13.
9. Trimmed off 6.86% (16.6 lbs) of body fat
10. Lost 7" head to toe now requiring an entire new wardrobe.
11. Added 11.9 lbs of muscle
12. Lowered his blood pressure 28 points down to 120/80, (starting at 143/85 blood pressure)

When I met Angie she had suffered 2 knee injuries during the London marathon. Even after physical therapy wasn’t able to run for 9 months and was thinking she might have to stop for life. We started out looking at how her body functionally moves and her muscles fire discovering what led her to her injuries and what needed to be strengthened, stretched, and what muscles needed to reset to fire properly again.

When I met Chad he was struggling to lose weight simply by eating healthier, whole food meals.

He started out with an aerobic fitness test to discover his optimal fat burning heart rate to remove the guesswork of how hard to exercise to lose weight and upgrade his fat burning capabilities.

When I met Tim he was suffering from persistent knee pain, frozen shoulder, and low back pain after a few crossfit injuries.

He thought these problems were just part of getting old, you just learn to live with it, and there’s nothing you can do about it.

Tim started out with a functional movement test and after 5 months of small group personal training he was able to squat, touch his toes, shoulders move/feel great again, and now doesn’t have to work around sore knees when working on his race car, and can wash and wax his yacht all by himself.

Long Term Goals Achieved
1. Eliminated my persistent knee pain going up stairs or ladders doing home/cabin projects
2. Can carry 75lbs in a bucket up a flight of stairs
3. Eliminated my frozen shoulder
4. Eliminated my low back pain getting up off the ground
5. Dead lift 225 lbs (where it used to be prior to covid gym closures)
6. Bench press 165 lbs (where it used to be prior to covid gym closures)
