Although all have to do with movement and exercise, coaches aren't the same.
Yes, the 3 will intersect, but all are different.

We're missing a few more of the team but just know it was the 1st of many and VERY motivating.

A few thoughts...
1. We lift weights to mitigate the risks of injuries. We lift to be stronger and healthier. We lift to improve our livelihood.
2. Workouts should be efficient and effective. Social media loves to glamorize workouts. That's not the case.
3. A body is a body. If it's not In your genetics, it's not in your genetics. Sure you can put on some pounds and continue to lift consistently, but you're not "growing" a butt from exercise.
4. Don't lift to lose weight. Lift to improve in all areas and watch how the process will be transformative.
5. You need to rest. Period.

This was during our Grand opening.
Client's from the past(who we hope to get back in here) and current surrounded by good laughs, games, and good company.
When we set out as 57Fit we wanted to create an atmosphere where people got to know each other and feltl comfortable in this space.
Looks like we're doing a good job.
We've came this far, we're only moving forward from here.

One of our services is our online coaching.
We program workouts based on the person's abilities, fitness history, goals, preferences etc.
All workouts have videos, ability to message, view previous history, and take notes.
When we say our clients love us, this is what we mean🤣🤣🤣

True story:
Client's have come through our doors after years of training with a coach and taking classes.
Some hadn't lifted over 10 pounds although fully capable to do more.
Morale of the story...We didn't listen and a lot of progress has been made.
Challenge yourself and do things that make you feel good.

We can be overly hard on ourselves when we look in the mirror or step on the scale.
This is our daily reminder that s^$* happens!
Yes, sometimes it's hard to accept changes with our bodies, but know small steps lead to big results.
You can always become just a bitttttt healthier with consistency and realistic goals.
Start slow and stick with it fam.
