Central Minnesota Aquatics is a year-round competitive swim team located in Sartell Minnesota offering high-quality professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. All our coaches have access to the most comprehensive training and certification program for youth coaches of any sport in the United States. We are open to new swimmers and families.

Talk about a Whirlwind of a Weekend! Wowza! On friday we had our first LCM practice of the season. We are happy to report all athletes did in fact survive 😮‍💨 (despite how they may have felt 😅). Then our sharks swam up north to the 51st Annual Alex Pool Sprints and Lake Swim! We achieved many new lifetime best swims, some new MRC cuts, and new lake swimming experiences! And it needs reporting that 9/10 said they would do it again! 🦈
Special congratulations to Trenton and Evelynn D who High Point Award both in the 9-10 age group! Our Sharks took a major BITE out of this weekend!

The Developmental Shark groups wrapped up our Spring Season with some SERIOUS FUN 🎉 On Thursday night the Quarry Sharks and Apex Predators ran to Mr Twisty's for a sweet treat 🍦🍨, while our Pond Pups, Lake Sharks and River Sharks played racing games in the pool! Then to wrap things up our Friday practice crew played Dice of Destiny (and there was even a surprise competitor among them 😉)
