COVID-19 Update
Dear Minnesota Gymnastics Training Center Camp Families,
We hope this email finds you all healthy and in good spirits! We are all doing well and hoping to be able to run yet another great camp for all of your gymnasts this summer! As of today, the University of Minnesota has not cancelled any July camps. We will have more information as to their decision by the end of May.
We have a back-up plan in place if the University decides to cancel July camps. We have reserved the training areas and the dorms for August 5-13 as a back-up. We will only switch to these dates if the University cancels the July camp.
Thank you all for your patience as we wait to see what the future holds.
Please tell your boys (from us) that it is very important to exercise regularly and increase their strength and flexibility during this waiting period. They have a huge opportunity to further their gymnastics by beefing up their strength programs and spending extra time on much needed flexibility. If they put in the hard work now, they will be able to jump right back in when the gyms reopen!
If they need good gymnastics related strength videos to follow, check out the USAG website for links to workouts that will challenge them.

Summer Boys Gymnastics Camp At MGTC, we surround our athletes with talent.
