After a commanding victory over the Thunderbolts last week, we wrapped up the league stage with a dominant performance against the Pinch Hitters, securing our place in the knockout stage. Winning the toss, we chose to bat first and got off to a flying start thanks to quick runs from and . However, we stumbled with three quick wickets in the first two overs. and then steadied the ship with good rotation of strike, forming a solid 25-run partnership by the end of the 9th over. read the conditions astutely and anchored the innings with a measured knock, while continued his good form, hitting 23 runs including three sixes. We set a competitive target of 100 runs.

In response, and began well in the field, defending the target with intent. struck in his second delivery, and claimed a wicket in his opening over. As the opponents started to settle and threaten our lead, stepped up, dismissing two established batsmen and conceding just 9 runs in his 4 overs, including a maiden. and then delivered disciplined spells, taking 3 and 2 wickets respectively, and restricting the opposition to 81 all out. 🏏 What a fantastic day on the field this Sunday with a historic win over the Tornadoes! This victory marks one of the highest-margin wins in MTBC history and the top score of the tournament.

After winning the toss, we chose to bat. Joshi unleashed his power, hitting a maximum off the first ball and scoring a quick 50 in just 20 balls during the power play. With strong support from Chandhu, Joshi continued the fireworks, making 89 runs off 41 balls, narrowly missing his century. Every other batsman maintained the momentum, and Devraj delivered a blistering innings of 50 in 17 balls, adding 56 runs in the last 3 overs. We posted a colossal total of 212 for 9 wickets.

In the second half, our opening bowlers, Sandesh and Uttam, started brilliantly, giving just 14 runs for 6 wickets in 8 overs. Pavan and Banti completed the job, bowling out the Tornadoes for 39 runs. The entire team fielded exceptionally well and thoroughly enjoyed the game. Sandesh narrowly missed his fifer, but his comeback with an excellent spell of 4-2-4-4 was remarkable

🏆 Three consecutive wins for the Rising Eagles! 🎉

With our victory over the Minneapolis Rockers yesterday, the team continues to soar. We were asked to bat first, and our openers and gave us a blistering start, each scoring 22 runs at a staggering strike rate, leading to a quick 45 runs in the first 4 overs of the powerplay.

Despite losing three quick wickets, and krishna steadied the innings until the break. Our captain continued his form, built a decent partnership with krishna, who batted till the end, scoring 29 runs, and helping us post a competitive total of 112.

Our bowlers Uttam Kollipara, , and started strong, reducing the opponents to 25 for 5 in 10 overs. When the Rockers began to strike back, provided a crucial breakthrough, supported by , and excellent fielding efforts from , , and krishna sealed the match for us with 18 runs left to chase.

Another victory in our kitty! Well played, team. We finally won the toss for the first time, and opted to bowl due to the wet outfield and unfavorable wind conditions.

A big shoutout to our bowling unit for restricting the opposition to 72/10. Excellent opening spells by Sandesh Rising Eagles and Kollipara Rising Eagles, followed by solid performances from Rising Eagles, Rising Eagles, and Rising Eagles. As usual, Anna stepped in at the crucial moment to break a 50-run partnership. Cliffs surprised everyone with a stellar 3-wicket haul at the end. Special appreciation to Rising Eagles for his outstanding fielding efforts, consistently moving wherever the team needed him and delivering.

When it came to batting, it was an easy chase. Rising Eagles started well with Rising Eagles. After Rising Eagles got out, Cliffs joined with Botla , and built a solid 48-run partnership that nearly secured our victory. We crossed the finish line in the 14th over.
