What is better to eat in the morning?
As a fitness trainer, I know that proper nutrition is the key to success🌟
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It gives you energy to start the day and helps you stay full and focused for several hours.
1. Include protein🥚
Protein sources for breakfast include eggs, yogurt, nuts, and seeds.
2. Add complex carbohydrates🍎
Sources of complex carbohydrates for breakfast include oatmeal, whole grain bread, fruits and vegetables.
3. Don’t forget about healthy fats🥑
Sources of healthy fats for breakfast include avocados, nuts, and seeds.
4. Drink plenty of water💦
Water helps you wake up, hydrate your body and prepare it for your workout.
IDEAS:
oatmeal with berries and nuts, yogurt with granola and fruit, smoothies with fruit, whole grain toast with avocado and poached egg.

Can’t make a session? No problem! I’ll provide you with an alternative workout plan so you can stay on track🩵
- Is there an option to make up lost workouts if I fail to complete them within the set timeframe?
