This flow is all about feeling gratitude in your body while releasing anything that may block it. With each movement, you’ll open your heart, clear space, and welcome more appreciation into your life.

Instructions:
1️⃣ Step Wide & Open the Chest:

•Take a wide stance, reach your arms high, and call to mind something or someone you’re deeply grateful for.
•As you exhale, pull your elbows halfway down toward your sides, broadening your chest and letting gratitude expand in your heart.

2️⃣ Step Together & Fold:

•Step your feet together, hinge forward, and rest your belly on your thighs.
•As you exhale, imagine releasing any tension or emotional blocks that keep you from fully experiencing gratitude.

3️⃣ Sweep & Reset:

•Sweep your arms back toward your hips, feeling a shift in your body as tension melts away.
•Breathe deeply, letting gratitude flow through you.

4️⃣ Repeat the Flow:
