This weekend I needed to connect with 2 of my closest, longest friends. Lengthy video chats, especially over a morning cup of coffee, was just what my heart needed. Not that I would pass up a visit with each of them like "the old days" but I feel just as close with them when we get a good video chat in.

This p@ndemยกc won't last forever. And there are things that hopefully are a better normal once the separation and closures don't happen anymore. But there are so many ways one can adapt to this.

Find your healthy coping mechanisms. You won't regret making the best out of something that feels uncontrollable. Some days, that's a reminder I need too.
