Play For Patrick will be offering free Heart screens for all kids 13-24 on Saturday, May 9th, at the Rosemount Community Center, and asking for your assistance to share with your family and friends.
They have screened over 7,000 kids and identified hundreds with heart defects, high blood pressure, and other conditions. They are looking forward to serving our community.
