THIS client came in and stated " I messed up my rotator cuff, my shoulder is wrecked! I've been going to the Mayo clinic for PT for almost a year and no progress so I stopped going!"

Client presented pain with external rotation as well as shoulder extension. Could not lift arms overhead. Pictured is the result after 45 minutes of various treatment techniques.... Lets just say that I've never heard a grown man scream with joy in the pitch that I heard from the client when we finished our reassessment. We were able to regain strength and ROM as well as reduce pain in our first session. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ

*Here's the kicker.... I DID NOT DO ANY DIRECT WORK ON HIS SHOULDER! ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

QUICK STORY-- This client came to me wanting to lose 10lbs for Summer, after assessment I set a goal of 6% body fat loss... Long story short, she lost 20lbs ๐Ÿ˜ by making nutrition main focus and following her BFITT Fat loss training program which focused on keeping her in proper training zones and training phases with emphasis on muscular endurance rather than cardiovascular. Does this approach work for everyone? Probably not, but that's why we assess each client and set realistic goals and THEN program to meet individual needs...
