New schedule coming soon🌞
Added classes, new teachers…

Meet Cara!
Cara (she/her) 200 RYT, has been practicing yoga since 2010 and values the grounding and steadiness the practice brings to everyday life. With a background in healthcare and personal experience navigating physical limitations, Cara offers supportive, inclusive classes with options that encourage students to listen to their bodies.

Students can expect space to explore breath through movement and to meet themselves where they are each day - whether that’s a strong flow or resting in savasana the whole class. Cara is currently subbing at Greenway Yoga, enjoys sharing space with the community, and will be teaching weekly starting Thursday evening 5/21!

Teacher appreciation!
We love our teachers ❤

You’ll notice that none of our classes at Greenway are the same!

No cookie cutter yoga class means you’ll be guided in a much more authentic and often more artistic way that will tingle your senses, spark clarity, and ease into your everyday.

In some classes you’ll hear stories, shared lessons, and be guided along with music (a few of our teachers will even serenade you with live instruments & singing)

Thanks teachers for being you
and adding so much light to our community.

Meet Tatiana! (She/her)
Mondays at 9:30a Flow.

Tatiana’s mission is to guide others to feel and heal by merging her career as a mental health counselor with her passion for yogic practices. Her classes emphasize curiosity and the mind-body connection, often drawing inspiration from the rhythms and wisdom of the natural world. With experience teaching in settings ranging from substance use recovery and juvenile detention to veterans affairs, Tatiana is devoted to making yoga accessible, trauma-informed, and grounded in tools that extend beyond the mat. Tatiana obtained her 200 HR training in 2020 and completed an advanced 300 HR training in 2022 in Tampa, FL before relocating to the Twin Cities. Outside of her classes and clinical work, Tatiana is involved in the art community as a portrait model and is an avid hobbyist who enjoys gardening, creating mixed media art, cooking, baking sourdough, and the list goes on!
