Fit 2 Praise is a Christian based fitness and nutrition program that focuses on uplifting and encouraging women to be healthy mind, body and spirit. The program consists of cardio vascular by way of dance fitness and strength training. We also provide proper nutrition education and specific training techniques for desired fitness goal.
