The MN Cycling Center has been on many rides with our after school programs this spring and we have been riding all over the place. However, even a short ride with some of these younger students is gratifying. Especially since we taught some of them how to ride a bike just a few months ago!

Join us Sunday as we sponsor an afternoon of old-school track-style points races with the Minnesota Cycling Federation! Go fast, turn left!

We’re ready to run it in reverse this weekend at ! It’s , sponsored by ! Podium prizes and more from the organization working to bring an indoor velodrome to the Twin Cities! We’ll be going fast and left!!! Points race, so get your points along the way to make it on the podium! 20 points if you dare run away and lap the field!

The MN Cycling Center rode with the Las Estrellas students to the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden today. On the way there we saw a really long train while we rode next to the twins stadium. We saw the Cherry on the Spoon and several other works of art there. On the way back we rode through the middle of downtown and saw many skyscrapers. As usual, we had to stop at a few parks along the way.

Spring has sprung and the MN Cycling Center is in the second week of after school bike rides with 4th and 5th graders.

We rode to Veterans Park yesterday with Richfield STEM and we went to the Perkins Hill Bike Park with Las Estrellas today (photos by Eric Ware).
