Metropolis Cows at Aspen Ruggerfest

Metropolis Rugby and Metropolis Valkyries Rugby Club play on SAOS Field at the Richard Vincent Memorial Rugby Grounds at Columbia Park in the Columbia neighborhood of NE Minneapolis. We have 4 adult sides: Men’s D1, D2, D3, & Women’s D1 and Boys & Girls youth sides in the spring. Depending on numbers of participants, youth teams vary while adult sides stay consistent year to year.
