Nordeast Yoga is an independent, neighborhood yoga studio located in the heart of the Minneapolis Northeast Arts District.

Small, community based classes in a variety of styles, and a relaxed & light-hearted approach make this the studio for every yogi! Finally, Northeast gets a yoga studio for the working man. A conveniently situated space on the corner of 13th street & University Avenue NE, Nordeast Yoga offers a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the vibrant neighborhood below. Did you know our instructor, Lauren, also has a passion for providing yoga in incarcerated settings?! Lauren has been working and teaching with Karuna Community for five years. Karuna provides trauma informed yoga in correctional facilities, re-entry, and recovery settings. THIS Sunday, Karuna is hosting their annual picnic to celebrate their work and spread the mission.
