We’ll start at Behind Bars, grab some treats at Supermercado Latino, get coffee/drinks at Pillar, and finish at Maya’s Cuisine! Bring a lock and lights. No purchases are necessary if you want to vibe as well :)

RIDE START TIME UPDATE: It’s going to be another scorcher tomorrow, so we shortened the ride and pushed back the time a bit. Provided it doesn’t rain on us, we’ll be rolling out from Sabo Bridge around 7:40. See you all tomorrow!

Join us on Tuesday, August 11 at 5:15 PM for a Yess Yoga ride! We’ll ride over to Yess Yoga . Minneapolis for their 6:00 PM Vinyasa class. Yess is a longtime Team Recess sponsor, and their classes are incredibly accessible and welcoming ☺️

This ride is very short, coming in at just about 2.5 miles. We’ll roll out from Arbeiter Brewing at a chill pace. This is a no drop ride, but please arrive on time so we can make it to Yess before 6:00! We’ll take the Midtown Greenway all the way to Whitter, where we’ll park our bikes and get ready for class. We recommend signing up for class on Yess’ website ahead of time, as classes do fill up. The fee for a single Yess class is $25 . Bring your bike lights for a self-guided ride home after class.

Join us next Thursday, July 30th for our ride to the Minneapolis Parks’ showing of Best in Show! The ride will be about 10 miles of paved paths, starting at Sabo Bridge and ending at Loring Park for the movie. Bring chairs / blankets, snacks, lights, and your reverence for the late and great Catherine O’Hara. The movie starts at dusk (estimated to be around 8:45pm).

Join us next Saturday, July 25th at 9am for a fun, relaxed ride to the Mill City Farmers Market in Downtown Minneapolis! 🍓🥒🥖

We’ll meet outside of the Powderhorn Recreation Center and roll out at 9am. The route includes a short on-road segment before getting on the Midtown Greenway and then the river trail. This ~6 mile ride is a no-drop, family friendly ride. When we get to the market, bring your helmet or a picture of your locked bike to the info booth for a $5 token to spend at one of the market stands! See you there! 🚲

Join us on Wednesday, July 22 at 5:45 PM for a ride to enjoy the Twin Cities River Rats waterski show! The show is free, open to all (no tickets or signup needed), and begins at 6:20 PM on West River Parkway.

This ride is around 6 miles and will be a no-drop, family friendly, chill pace, with everyone welcome. We’ll start at Arbeiter Brewing on Minnehaha and take the West River Parkway all the way to the River Rats watch location. Stay for the whole show or keep on riding! Bring a blanket if you want comfy seating, IDs and money if you want to buy a beverage from Pryes Brewing Company, a bike lock, and lights for your ride home!

Join us for ice cream next Wednesday, July 15th!!! We’ll meet at the top of Sabo Bridge at 6pm and roll out to Dream Creamery shortly after. The ride is roughly 10 miles and will be a no-drop, family friendly, chill pace, with everyone welcome! Route will follow bike trails along the Greenway and Chain of Lakes. We’ll hang out at Dream Creamery for a bit, and then part ways for home! Don’t forget $ for ice cream and lights to get home!

Join us for an evening of urban foraging on Wednesday, June 17th! Meet at Adam’s Triangle (green space along Minnehaha, 4100 37th Ave S), rolling out at 6:30pm. This 6-mile ride will be at a slower pace as we stop to point out fun things to forage! The ride ends at Lake Hiawatha Beach where we’ll hang out and enjoy our foraged goodies 😋🍓🫐🍒🌱

Join us next Sunday morning (June 7th) at 9am for a chill ride around West St. Paul, ending at my (Becca) favorite local sandwich shop / bodega / specialty cheese supplier, !

Meet at Brackett Park at 9am, roll out at 9:10. Ride will be roughly 11 miles, paved. Bring $$ for tasty post-ride treats like sandwiches, coffee, pastries and more. There’s a park across the street where we can hang after the ride.
