The presentation for the winners of last season's Tinryland 40x20 leagues took place tonight. The winner of Division 1 was Kevin Barrett, Division 2 was Colm Nolan, Division 3 was Brandon Doyle, Division 4 was Tadgh Beckett and Division 5 was Jake Whelan. Well done to all involved. As we enter the new 40x20 season, the Tinryland Leagues will commence again in the coming weeks. 👋🔵
Starting tomorrow October the 26th until Friday the 1st of November, Tinryland will be one of the host clubs for the 2024 4 Wall World Handball Championship. A lot of superb effort and work has gone into getting the club ready for this tournament and we'd like to thank Tinryland GFC and all the handball club members for their hard work over the last few weeks. Especially to John Barrett who has put in a trojan effort getting everything up to scratch and ready to go.
There will be 6 players from the club competing in various grades across the tournament. We wish them all the best in their games. Live scores and results from the tournament can be found on knowthescore.ie.

Hard luck to Farrah and Katie today who lost out to a strong Roisin and Dearbhail O’Keefe from Kilkenny on a score line of 21-6, 21-14. The girls battled hard in the second game which could have went either way. Best of luck to Kilkenny in the All Irelands next weekend.
