Landmine clean & jerk
The landmine clean and jerk is an explosive, full-body exercise that builds athletic power, rotational strength, and total-body coordination with less joint stress than traditional Olympic lifts.
Trains the entire kinetic chain from the ground up, teaching your body to generate force with the lower body and transfer it through the core to the upper body.
Rotational and Unilateral Strength:
Incorporates multiplanar, diagonal movement patterns that mirror real-world sports like throwing, sprinting, and changing direction better than straight-line lifts.
Lower Joint Stress: Reduces the heavy axial (vertical spinal) loading found in traditional barbell movements, making it safer.

General Preparation Phase Lower half
GPP is the initial stage of training. It starts every cycle of training from the macro-, meso- and microcycle after restoration and recovery. It consists primarily of general preparatory and some specialized conditioning exercises to work all the major muscles and joints. This preparation prepares the athlete for the more intense training such as explosive plyometrics. This period is also used for rehabilitation of injured muscles and joints, strengthening or bringing up to par the lagging muscles and improvement of technique.

Speed training mechanics
The purpose of speed mechanics is to create a more efficient runner, while minimizing wasted movements, while being able to produce more horizontal force into the ground.
1. Kneeling into a half kneeling start helps to create fluid hip mobility while positioning the body into a positive shin angle prior to start.
2. Second drill adds single leg triple extension emphasizing glute and hamstring engagement while alternating with single leg hip flexion, drilling front and back side mechanics.
3. Third drill now adds a single leg A skip switch to the entire drill emphasizing unilateral engagement and triple extension.
4. Fourth drill we now progress into an A skip triple switch which will help recruit proper knee drive, upright sprint posture, rhythm and timing, and activating hip flexors!
5. Fifth and last drill we now conclude with a continuous run in place for 20 seconds! The purpose is to minimize ground contact times and while maintaining proper arm action, strong core engagement and tall sprint posture emphasizing max velocity!
