Cinnamon honey has been the one people ask about the most all summer so we finally ran a batch. It's Minnesota honey, cinnamon, and nothing else. No sugar, no corn syrup, no heating it up to make it pour easier. It stays raw the whole way through.
The footage is from our hives outside Minneota — the bees working wildflowers, pulling frames, all of it. That's the part people never get to see, so that's the part we film.
The pouch was a whole thing to figure out. Glass jars are beautiful but nobody wants to carry one around, and honey in a squeeze bottle always ends up glued shut in the cabinet. Pouches travel, they don't break, and you can get the last of it out.
