Fitness is about strength — of mind and body. Fitness wards off depression and disease. Fitness is essential, not optional. Fitness IS medicine. If you aren’t ready to go back into a studio yet, it’s ok. The industry worked very hard to modify their business models to make it safe for you whenever you’re ready.
