Why it works well for hunting camp
• Built tougher than a typical backpacking tent. The Outfitter models use a heavy-duty poly-oxford floor and oversized #10 zippers. That matters when you’re dealing with boots, wet gear, packs, and hunting equipment. 
• Good protection from fall weather. The polyester fly and floor are coated, and the seams are factory sealed. That’s a big advantage when September/October weather turns into rain, wind or wet snow. 
• Two doors are huge in hunting camp. You don’t have to crawl over your buddy at 4 a.m. when it’s time to get out for the morning hunt.
• Two vestibules give you somewhere to put your dirty gear. Boots, gaiters, wet layers and packs can stay outside the sleeping area but under cover. 
• Easy setup. The free-standing two-pole design and clip system make it quick to get camp established after a long day of driving or hiking. 
• Still reasonably portable. The Ta**us 5 Outfitter, for example, weighs about 13 lb 5 oz while giving you 80 sq. ft. of floor space plus 32 sq. ft. of vestibule space.
