The Alfonso Academy is a Private Academic and Dance Education Center located in Destin, FL. Home-school Day Program and Evening Program provided. Genres of study include Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Contemporary, Dance Improvisation, Musical Theatre, Stretch and Conditioning, and other various technique classes. At the Alfonso Academy we emphasize our motto “Defy & Define”. Dance may defy particular confines of the body, but at the same time it defines characteristics within you, your body, and your mind.

This is a match that was made long before we knew it. Thank you to Glen Meynardie for believing in what we do, allowing yourself to engrave all your knowledge and advice to our dancers and leave a lasting mark. Year 3 was nothing short of awe-inspiring. We cannot wait to see these pieces come to life on stage through your vision! Way to go dancers who participated in the classes and choreography!
