the Indian makes noises to get the creature’s attention, acts scared, conceals his weapon. Just as the big cat would leap to attack, he would drive his spear thru its chest.. Gracie’s sums this up as,

We are here to stir things up in a good way. 🤘🏼
Build Them Up serves our community first. The knowledge and tools we have to offer are useful to both children, and adults. We advocate for mental health, & we offer a path of true self awareness.
All are welcome who have the desire, drive, & passion to be better. ☮️
We want to help people have the fortitude for change and growth.
There are so many who need help, and we want to offer a safe haven. A way of escape, yet control, through martial arts.
We teach self defense, nutrition, and have a multifaceted approach to exercise.
