Safe to say that we were the hottest show this weekend!

**IMPORTANT SHOW INFO**

SALES FLOOR: Attached is the sales floor map for the show. As always, I'll be walking around and assisting anyone who needs help finding their spot.

VENDOR PACKET: I have placed a vendor packet with the food menu, coupon, and flyer for the next show. I will also be providing 2 free bottles of water for each vendor.

FOOD: The hotel kitchen should be open at 11am. It will be open in the lounge and you'll be able to order from a small menu that will be provided. We will have coupons for $5 to be used at the concessions.

PARKING: Despite having parking lots for 2 hotels, parking has become an issue. We have a lot of people who visit the show, and its important to give them the priority on parking. We ask that after you set up your area, please move your car to a spot away from the doors.

Here is the final sales floor layout for this Sunday. Like always, if you're a vendor, please check the layout and make sure your name is on the list. I get a lot of people asking for tables so sometimes people fall through the cracks.

If you expect to have tables and don't see yourself on the list, get with me ASAP!

I will be posting the final vendor info post on Saturday, but I wanted to put some things out there a bit early. We have a couple new things added for this show.

Starting Sunday, we will offer a $5 coupon to use at the concession stand in the main lobby. This is only offered to the vendors, and it will be 1 coupon per vendor sign up. Meaning, if you're a vendor with 2 to 3 people, you'll still only get 1 coupon.

Also, we will have at least 1 person helping me around the show floors. This "Show Concierge" is named Daniel and he is a very trusted friend. He will be around to assist vendors with things like, getting extra chairs, getting food orders, watching tables while vendors might need to use the restroom, etc. The plan is to add more "Show Concierge" positions for later shows, but we are testing this out.

Though these changes seem little, they are just a couple of things we are trying to implement to improve the vendor experience for the show. We will continue to work on other ways to support our vendors, as well as making the show the best shopping experience for customers.

Hey everyone! Just a reminder that there are accounts that are constantly trying to scam vendors out of money! I try to stay on top of the posts but sometimes they sneak in.

Remember, the only accounts that would take your reservation is The Michiana Mondo Show, possibly The Trainer Pack, or if I text/email you personally.

In any of these cases, I NEVER require anyone to pay before the day of show!! If someone is trying to tell you that you have to pay to reserve a table, it is a scam!

Big show in Elkhart today. With the rainy weather, this is a perfect day to go to a card show!

This show is now accepting Pokémon vendors. If you're local, this could be a cool experience as it is outside at the ballpark.

Come out to the ballpark! You can't go to the ballpark without seeing some sports, but this show is now opening to Pokemon vendors as well! Limited tables available, so be sure to reach out to reserve your tables now!
