Sherry graduated from Sagewater Water's 200 hour yoga teacher program held at Winding Waters in Mishawaka in March of 2014. She began her teaching career by subbing for other instructors, and continues to do this when she's not running classes of her own. Sherry is committed to the practice of yoga, and sets aside time everyday for a session of her own, even if it's only for ten minutes.
