I am teaching at Edwardsburg fitness on Tuesday Wednesday and Friday from 1115 to 12. The class is called varsity sweat and it is 15 minutes of spin 15 minutes of aerobics
and weights and 15 minutes of yoga.

Chair yoga classes on Tuesday and Friday at 11:30 am at Pure Core on Grape Road near Outpost Sports. $5 drop in fee for seniors (65+)
