Be organized. Be fair. Teach with energy. Expect attention and effort. Give players a chance to compete, improve, and enjoy being together.

High standards work best when athletes can see the purpose behind them and feel the care of the person holding them. Build a program where doing things well is part of the fun.

📢You asked, and we listened! ❤️🏐

We’ve had so much interest in this age group, and so many parents have been asking for an opportunity for our youngest athletes — so we’re excited to officially introduce GNG MINIS! 🔥

This program is designed for girls ages 4–6 who are ready to begin their volleyball journey in a fun, positive, and development-focused environment.

Our Minis will work on:
🏐 Fundamental sports skills
⚡ Agility & athletic development
💪 Motor skills & coordination
❤️ Confidence, teamwork & character

We are so excited to give our little ones the opportunity to start learning, moving, building confidence, and developing a love for the game!

Spots are limited to 10 athletes per session.

🍂 November is here! We’re excited to kick off a new month at GNG Sports Complex! 💪🏼🏐🏀

Please take a moment to review our November schedule and plan accordingly.

💳 November payments are due November 1st. Please take care of your payment as soon as possible.

📌 Gym Closure: We will be closed November 25th, 26th & 27th.

Since the kids will be out of school that week, we will complete that week’s sessions on Monday, November 23rd and Tuesday, November 24th. We’ll post the exact class times and details as we get closer.
