What do you post
When your rink is toast
When you know it’s done
When mother nature has won
One thing is clear
We struggled this year
We did what we could
About that we feel good
But all we can say now
About our rink so dear
We hope to see you all
Out on the ice next year
Pineview Park - Bill Bevis Ice Rink
Public rink at Pineview Park
Icemakers are done for the season. We will no longer monitor or maintain the ice.
Skaters - take advantage of the ice now because it looks like we are going to lose it by the weekend.
Kayden - Yes of course the ice rink is open for you today!

We hired this guy awhile back. So far he has been a pretty good hire.

Ice looks pretty amazing this morning!
We have been working some of our icemakers pretty hard and they have been up to the task. The sheet is now pretty much level and has been cut with the zam. We will close at 7 pm again tonite for layering.
Tomorrow nite, Saturday, we will go back to our regular 9 pm closing time.
Some very cold overnite temps are forecasted for the next few days. We are going to try and take advantage and build our base. We will do so in shifts at 7pm, 9pm & 11 pm for the next couple evenings, and similar shifts in the am.
For this reason we will close the rink at 7 pm for the next few nights.

Yes the rink is open to everyone now.
These cold nights have been just the ticket for us. Here are a couple photos taken by last nite's icemakers.
By the way, we are unable to respond to messages. We can only respond to comments.
Closing at 7 pm tonite for maintenance. Will open at 10:30 am Monday morning.
Skaters tore the ice up pretty good so we are closing now at 4 pm for repairs. Open to all at 10:30 am tomorrow, Sunday.
