How to make ๐Ÿ‘‡

Serves 4 (Makes 24
meatballs)

Ingredients:

1 lb. lean ground turkey
0.4 oz. fresh rosemary, finely chopped
2.1 oz. apple, diced
1 tbsp. olive oil
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked
& chopped
1.4 oz. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. black pepper
ยฝ tsp. garlic powder
ยฝ tsp. chili powder
ยฝ tsp. dried thyme
2 tbsp. tamari
1 egg

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

2. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 24 even sized meatballs and place on the baking sheet.

3. Bake the meatballs in the hot oven for 15-20 minutes, or until
cooked through.

Sue has been incredibly consistent and continues to impress us with her drive to improve her health. Sheโ€™s one of the strongest ladies in the gym and is always willing to challenge herself, whether that means increasing her weights or building better nutrition habits.

Because of her consistency, sheโ€™s seeing amazing progress:

How to make ๐Ÿ‘‡

Servings: 8
Prep Time: 3 hours & 5 min.

Ingredients:

1.7 fl oz. boiling water
0.7 oz. strawberry sugar free jelly
10.2 oz. Greek yogurt
1 oz. (30g) vanilla whey protein powder
pinch of salt
1 tbsp. honey
1 strawberry, sliced, to garnish

Instructions:

1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl, cover and place into the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to set.

2. Serve with sliced strawberries.
