We trained an unfamiliar move (kettlebell figure 8) and tied it in with some others to make a flow. The first few rounds had a couple drops and missed timing by both of us, but we got it down ๐
The first few times we do anything new, it's probably going to be a little off. Keep doing it though and improvement is sure to follow.
Improve your overhead press ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
These drills are great in prepping for overhead pressing. Doing them regularly will increase mobility and build stability in the overhead press.

Improve your deep squat ๐ช
Modern life has done quite a number on the human body. Being able to get into a deep squat should be a normal skill. Unfortunately, for many, it is not.
Doing these movements regularly will restore the deep squat. Your low back, hips, and knees will feel loads better.

Super challenging group workout today ๐ฅ
Today's workout challenged us to say the least, but we kept our heads in the game (Alyssa might have disassociated and left her body) and finished strong!
200 yards farmer's carry

5 clean and press
