We’re nearly back to school! The University of Montana’s fall semester begins next week, and that includes the fitness classes!!

This semester Campus Recreation is offering two SHiNE classes per week:
- a SHiNE Express class at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesdays for those of you who like a quick, 30 minute lunchtime workout
- a full 60 minute SHiNE dance party at 5:30 p.m. on Thursdays!

A new school year comes with new energy, new motivation, new friends, new confidence, but always the same fun at SHiNE! We have hot new song releases from the summer to share, as well as our tried-and-true class favorites. Fitness classes at Campus Rec are FREE for UM students, so there are no excuses not to join us on the dance floor!

Did you know that SHiNE is a global fitness brand with classes not only in Montana and the U.S., but all over the world?

And the easiest way for you to explore classes in your hometown, or anywhere you might travel, is the SHiNE website Location Finder: https://shinefitness.com/location-finder
The Location Finder lets you search by map, by city or zip code, or by your favorite instructor! You can get details on facility locations, websites, days/times of classes, and instructor profiles – everything you need to find your way to one of our dance floors!

(FYI Due to the sheer number of classes worldwide, the Location Finder only shows classes two weeks in advance. So classes at the University of Montana and Frenchtown Elementary that begin in a few weeks at the start of the school year are not listed yet. If you’re interested in those classes, check back with the Location Finder in a couple of weeks!)

Whether you SHiNE in Missoula, Frenchtown, Hamilton, Bigfork, Las Vegas, Wichita, Munich, or Singapore, our instructors are ready to welcome you to the dance party!!
