Just off Higgins, upstairs in the historic Union Hall, there's a space where Missoulians have gathered to practice Aikido for more than 30 years.
The training is active and engaging. The atmosphere is respectful and welcoming.
Together we practice movement, balance, awareness, and the ability to stay centered even when life gets complicated.
If you've been meaning to stop in and see what happens upstairs, our next Intro Series begins July 6.

"I’ve seen your sign downtown for years!"
We hear that a lot. You’ve likely walked past our entrance on your way to lunch or the Saturday market and wondered what lies beyond that glass door.
For over 30 years, Aikido of Missoula has been tucked away upstairs in the historic Union Hall, offering a timeless and dynamic practice right in the modern heart of the city. While the dojo is a respectful retreat from the bustle below, it is full of the lively, spiraling energy of the "Art of Peace."
If you’ve been curious, we invite you to come check it out! Our next introductory course begins May 4th. You will find a warm, inclusive environment to begin your journey and see exactly what is at the top of the stairs.
