A couple hammers for the high school kids and a new blade for a friend. Blade is Hitachi part steel. Made in house.

The rebuilt fence is a the way to the ground just need to go up some more and it will be back together. The old fence was just becoming to much maintenance and it’s life had served the land well.

Weekend work finishing up some hardware to ship out to clients.

Had the pleasure of building a copper roof for my in-laws well head. My father in law did the wood and I the copper. Happy Easter.

With love in our hearts today I taught a High school class Blacksmithing. In Honor of the late MichealBudd. He and NRBA group did a feather sculpture last spring today my class did feathers and started on field mice. Always with us thanks for teaching me I’ll carry it on and pay it forward. I’ll tip one back tonight my friend.

“Spirt of the North West” is up for sale hoping to find a home that is fitting in the northwest area. If you have any interest in this sculpture feel free to contact me about it! NRBA members alongside created this piece last week. Forged iron and stone. Sculpture stand roughly 8’ tall and 40” wide about 24” deep. lpture

“Spirt of the Northwest”. NRBA blacksmith group created this sculpture under the direction of Michael Budd from Sligo Ireland this past weekend. What a pleasure to have he and his wife Tiff come to Montana. Happy to have had the experience of this forging with him and the NRBA members that joined. . Always fun to do a collaboration project.

Bittersweet coming to an end of a job. It’s been a great time making this fence. thanks for the help Gavi you have been amazing.
