➡️MONDAY JANUARY 10th The Missoula Family YMCA kicks off SEASON 1 - WEEK 1 for UNITE Team Training !!!! 💪🏽
➡️YOU ARE INVITED TO TRY A CLASS (or however many you want) FREE!!! JANUARY 10-14th 🗓 see schedule below 👇🏼.
➡️Classes meet twice a week for one hour. Come see what the hype is all about 💥
Unite:FIT- Combines athletic aerobic movements with functional strength exercises. Think CrossFit type movements. 🏋🏻♀️
Unite:LIFE- Combines lower aerobic movements with functional strength exercises as well as core and flexibility. Training for athletes who want to be stronger in LIFE or another sport.⛷
➡️$149 for Y members for 16 CLASSES! That’s 8 weeks, twice a week! Just over $9 a class.

In UNITE TEAM TRAINING we actually get quite close with our teammates.
Due to recent events, we’ve been split up for a little bit...and when I came in to coach today (Kellie here), we had yellow roses waiting for each of us that one of our teammates dropped off for us to let us know she’s thinking about us even when we can’t be together ❤️.
We love you, Camie!!!
