Jen is offering a lovely Sunday class on the Gyrotonic equipment (1:30-2:30). It’s open to all levels and available as a family option - meaning you and your spouse, teen, neighbor can take the class together .

Please be sure to register 24 hours in advance to secure your spot in a class. Additional Group Classes on Wednesday's & Thursday's. Message or email to register.
